We offer our agents: • 1-on-1 coaching with Matt O'Neill and his team of experienced coaches • Opportunities for Passive Income through our Agent Referral Revenue sharing program. • Firm-provided buyer and seller leads to help you grow your business • High-level administrative support including Listing and Closing coordinators at no additional charge • Prospective Client Appointments set for you by our ISA team Responsibilities: • Partner with our clients to discover their property desires and help them find the properties that meet those needs • Act as an intermediary between your seller and the other buyer agents • Provide world-class customer service to buyers • Follow-up with the client to ensure perfect customer service • Use active listing skills to help the buyers find a home to their needs Qualifications: • The candidate must have an active Real Estate license or will Enroll Now • Full-time agents only • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Be a committed advocate for your client • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Be an advocate for your client • Learning-based and growth-minded • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $150,000+ at commission plan
