Responsibilities: • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Qualifications: • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent and self motivated • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills Compensation: $120,000+ at plan commission
