I’m searching for someone to lead, manage, and integrate our company, AKA a “Chief Operating Officer" for our nationally recognized, high-producing real estate business. We’re talking about an extremely high level of emotional maturity, emotional intelligence, and business acumen. We’re talking about a person who demonstrates a strong personality, strong leadership abilities along with humility, who is a great listener & communicator, has a high level of empathy, an endless work motor, who is a hunter, understands the big picture, understands the meaning of a servant leader, and a person who has a strong chin. We’re talking about a person who can... • Work seamlessly alongside the visionary • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Help grow the company into places we’ve only dreamed • Produce high-level results and promote massive success • Facilitate an environment and culture of excellence • Be decisive and provide extreme accountability • And a whole lot more. You need to be truly adept at connecting with decision-makers of every type. You need a monster-impressive history of success in leading an elite business and a very high-producing team. (Doesn't have to be both, could be either or.) You Must be making a minimum of a six-figure income a year doing what you're doing now at your current job (and be able to prove it!) You Must want to make a Minimum of $150,000 a year going forward (with us) You must have at least 5 great and appropriate references I can check. You must be exceptionally resourceful and exceedingly self-motivated; because I’m not going to tell you or show you what to do – you have to have it in you, though I’ll guide you immensely and pay to help you obtain a high level of sophisticated coaching and training to allow you to operate at a pro level.
