    Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities: • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, and text conversations • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching • Partner with the sales team to execute meetings with clients • Report activity and results on a daily basis • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Real estate license or pursuing required • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator • We don’t care about experience. We care about attitude Compensation: $24,000 - $60,000+ yearly at plan
