    We are seeking a videographer who has a gift and a real passion for their work. We are a top-selling real estate agency in the area and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality videos for our marketing purposes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys their work, is reliable and likes a flexible schedule. We set the appointments for you and have staging handle all client communications plus administrative tasks. Compensation is on a per-job basis. Responsibilities: • Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results • Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients • Videograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast • Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites • Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way • Create high-quality video content showcasing properties for sale or rent • Collaborate with real estate agents to understand the key selling points of each property • Develop engaging storylines for property videos to attract potential buyers • Ensure all video content is aligned with the real estate team's brand and marketing strategy • Edit and produce final video content with professional-grade software • Manage video library and organize footage for easy access and future use • Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate videography and technology • Drone videography for aerial shots of properties • Virtual tour creation for online property viewings • Training team members on basic video techniques for social media content • Assisting with live video sessions, e.g., open-house tours Qualifications: • Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required • Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment • Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines • Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects • Proficient in videography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) • Strong storytelling abilities to create compelling narratives • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property highlights • Creative mindset with attention to detail Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000 yearly depending on experience
