Responsibilities: • Deliver best-in-class customer service experience to clients by addressing and tracking requests and inquiries positively by email, on phone, and in person. • Review work and building guides to best respond to inquiries • Utilize internal CRM software to track and measure all activity, including proper prospective client follow-up. • Help mentor and teach new team members their role in relation to the company. • Support agent needs when Office Manager or Reception is busy by providing client assistance to walk-ins. • Assist Operations in preparation for new team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Either already has or is working towards real estate license Great written and verbal skills Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
