    Job Description

    The Opportunity:

    The Senior Marketing Associate, American Girl, will work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and cross functional partners to manage the partnerships, publishing and retail/souvenir portions of the business to bring American Girl products and brand expressions to market.

    What Your Impact Will Be:

    • **Business Development & Execution: ** * Support Sr. Manager in executing best in class partnerships tied to global strategy and marketing tentpoles. * Support in the creation of marketing decks and communications to inform both internal and external partners bout marketing priorities and plans. * Conduct regular analysis of marketing initiatives, provide insights to refine strategies for maximum impact, and evaluate overall effectiveness of partnership programs. * Assist with product development on all publishing titles, including POS analysis. * Coordinate retail/souvenir business for American Girl retail locations and ecommerce entities.

    • Line Planning Management:

      • Manage Line Planning Tool and creation and direct management of P&L
      • Partner with product and brand marketing teams to understand sales lifts against programs at brand/segment level and build recap reports with cross-functional partners.
    • Marketing Execution

      • Support Sr. Manager in end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns and partnership programs, from conceptualization to execution and analysis.
      • Align with cross-functional teams to understand project timelines and partner to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
      • Work alongside Sr. Manager to facilitate licensor management and requests.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years Marketing experience
    • Strong time management, planning and project execution skills
    • Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

    The annual base salary range for this position is between $83,000 and $103,000.
    **This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
