    MATTEO is growing and seeking a motivated, resourceful, and creative-driven Administrative/Marketing Assistant to form part of its growing team. The Candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be very organized, handle multiple tasks, and can prioritize and meet deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in design, marketing, manufacturing, and has a "no task too small or too large" mentality. Ideal candidates possess a natural curiosity and a passion for finding answers and come with heaps of common sense.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist with project support and ensure completion of tasks assigned.

    • Heavy research in the areas of textiles, photography, fashion, art, and interior design.

    • Assist with project/calendar management in various departments - communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are completed.

    • Help prepare and edit various marketing documents and reports using Excel.

    • Source, create and maintain relationships with vendors including; photographers, videographers, print shops, creative agencies, web developers, and PR.

    • Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to daily operations.

    • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Effective, clear, and precise communication skills.

    • Motivated self-starter with effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and meet deadlines.

    • Appreciation for art, design, and home décor.

    • Strong computer skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint (working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign a plus).
