Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals * Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store in a friendly manner * Computer literate and familiarity using POS systems * Responsible for adhering to all sales processes and procedures as established by the company * Responsible for executing promotions and participating in company meetings and functions * Responsible for handling customer service issues. * Responsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels. * Responsible for maintaining store standards and appearance * Must be able to work independently * Commission sales of products a plus.
