JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the Sleep Advisor is to achieve consistently delivered sales results from goals set by management. These results will be achieved through an exemplary level of customer service & communication and follow up, while utilizing the tools, training, processes, procedures and programs offered by management and its vendor partners.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve monthly delivered sales goals as set by Management.
• Maintain a positive and professional work ethic and environment; working proactively with all branches of the company and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Keep the workplace safe from harmful hazards; notifying management of any potential concerns or issues.
• Assist daily with maintaining the store’s overall cleanliness; specific direction to be given from Store Manager/ Store Lead.
• Assist Management with maintaining weekly store inventory audits; sharing responsibility of daily cash, credit card and finance balancing.
• Maintain existing sales by reviewing open sales, complete for delivery and undelivered reports daily; new sales by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or customer follow ups.
• Maintain current and effective sales presentations by studying and keeping current on new sales techniques and training provided by Sleepfit Management, vendor partners, product literature, product introductions, product trends, market conditions; keeping alert to competitive changes, policies and promotions both locally and on‐line. Informing Management of any known changes.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Assists in resolving customer service issues by initiating properly written service order.
• Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Job duties and responsibilities can be amended by the Corporate office when business conditions warrant.
