Job Description
Our full-service security guard company is about bring to market a new labor-related software product that does not currently exist. Here's what it does: when employees sign-in, using a world famous time and attendance software (either computer or app), they will be also agreeing to an HR Message, written by labor attorneys, attesting that they have no labor claims against the company and, if they do, they will have an opportunity to state what their problems/concerns are. Marrying time and attendance with legal/HR Protection is, again, a wide open market, and The HR Recruiting Technological Salesperson will work with our CEO to help launch this new service.
While helping launch our new software, the HR Recruiting Technology Salesperson will, if desiring a full time position, help our security guard company in a recruiting capacity, finding and hiring mostly low-paying security guards. This can also be accomplished part time but doing both recruiting and HR technology sales may be more well-suited for full time work.
PART TIME OR FULL TIME JOB: As mentioned, this can be done remotely part time (but must live in LA) OR full time at one of our accounts (probably Culver City CA).
PAY: This is an opportunity for uncapped residual commission in addition to whatever hourly rate or salary is negotiated. Part time would be remote at some agreed-upon hourly rate. Full time also will have an agreed-upon rate -- or even possibly a salary -- after a reasonable probationary period determines this is a good fit for both parties.
