Job Description

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain great working relationships with key clients 

• Review and analyze accounts each renewal 

• Process renewal business in a timely manner

• Maintaining a collaborative working relationship with the sales team/producers

• Deliver superior customer service by responding swiftly to queries, requests, and concerns of clients.

• Ensure credibility with clients 

• Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by collaborating with colleagues.

• Answer and return phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain an organized work-flow that allows for quick and efficient work days.

• Participate in Account Manager and company meetings.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships

• Excellent organizational and follow through skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
