Job Description
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain great working relationships with key clients
Review and analyze accounts each renewal
Process renewal business in a timely manner
Maintaining a collaborative working relationship with the sales team/producers
Deliver superior customer service by responding swiftly to queries, requests, and concerns of clients.
Ensure credibility with clients
Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by collaborating with colleagues.
Answer and return phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain an organized work-flow that allows for quick and efficient work days.
Participate in Account Manager and company meetings.
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Excellent organizational and follow through skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
