Great Communication with co-workers and guests Events consist of: Miller Park Tailgates, Corporate Receptions, Golf Outings, Rehearsal dinners & other Celebrations Ability to follow checklists and procedures 100% of the time Job Qualifications Excellent oral and communications skills. Knowledge of principles and practices within the catering, food, beverage & hospitality professions. Ability to make educated decisions which are guided by Matty's Culture Quick problem solving skills while maintaining calm, positive demeanor Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Able to work well alone or with a team Banquet Serving experience is preferred Must have outstanding customer service, training and personnel development skills. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
