About us:

Mava Healthcare Systems, PLLC provides fully integrative behavioral health services throughout the whole State of Illinois. Services include individual, family, and group therapies provided by our team of psychotherapists; along with diagnostic evaluation and collaborative intervention between the therapy team and the psychiatric team. Our multi-disciplinary team realizes that this population has special physical, emotional, and social needs. The psychiatric team is board-certified psychiatrists who collaborate with the psychiatric nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

We need Someone with experience in a fast paced medical office setting. Skills needed include: Checking in patients Verifying insurance Collecting money Coordinating with providers Scheduling patients.

Additional skills required: Typing experience Phone communication skills Data input Electronic medical records HIPAA Fax/scan Multitask.
