ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REP | SERVERS / BARTENDERS WANTED

The Maverick Business Ventures team is looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join our sales and retail team as an Entry Level Customer Service / Sales Rep and to cross-train in all aspects of:

· Leadership

· Training Systems

· Sales

· Marketing

· Customer Relations

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REP POSITION:

Our team is ever-evolving. We are in a place to double in size within the next year! What does this mean? Initially, your job will be to join our sales, retail, and development team. Once you've mastered customer acquisition you will begin to develop your skill-set as a leader and coach. Your job will be to develop and train others in areas of: sales, retail, and development. As you advance within Maverick Business Ventures you will continue learning new phases of business management, marketing, sales, communications, and customer acquisition / retention. We are looking to train someone starting at the entry level.

0-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUS BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT:

• Sales and marketing
• Training
• Development
• Customer Service / Restaurant / Hospitality / Retail
• Sports / Team Environment

• Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic

• Have a strong desire to succeed and advance into management

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required
• Athletic / sports / team experience
