We are looking to hire a SALESFORCE HEALTH CLOUD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Position Summary / Role Overview
The role of SALESFORCE HEALTH CLOUD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT will be responsible for assisting sales in solutioning client architectures, creating project plans, architecting implementation.
This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent teamwork and communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs the technical architecture (including Enterprise Application Integration Architecture) to address complex business requirements, including design of entire system configurations (hardware, software, and communications, as appropriate)
- Understanding of the Health Cloud data schema
- Fundamental understanding of the different connection protocols to update data, basic knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous needs in healthcare domain
- Understanding of US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Cures Act, Medicare
- Basic understanding of what Value Based Reimbursement entails and the importance of managing population health participants
- Fundamental understanding of how EMR work in terms of patient flow, workflows and exchange data
- Strong pre-sales and scoping skillset. This person would be the key person to assist sales is competing in, building confidence in the customer/prospect and win new clients
- Salesforce.com Certifications (3 or more) including Communities and Lightning. SFMC, MuleSoft and Health Cloud knowledge highly desirable
- Demonstrated success working within an Agile product organization partnering with product owners
- Demonstrated success in Microservices based design on cloud-native infrastructure grounded in containers/serverless
- Experience working with Salesforce.com including many of the following: CRM/Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget, Force.com, Visual Force, Workflows, Apex development (i.e. Triggers), Heroku, Chatter API
- Experience implementing Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities enterprise integration architectures
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - sales, service, and marketing clouds
- Ability to define and communicate the big picture in terms of the solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units
- Data modeling skills, Site taxonomy skills
- Familiar with user experience best practices
- Experience in Heroku and various connectors
- Understanding of Contact Centre, Customer Service and/or Field Service processes
- Good analysis and diagnosis skills
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
- Structured communication
- Strong Salesforce certifications are mandatory
