We are currently hiring Business Development Representatives for our Local office; the position is full time and includes an hourly wage plus bonuses, uncapped commissions and provides a path to become an Account Executive in 8-12 months. Learn from an experienced team in technology sales and gain experience in the ever-changing world of enterprise voice and cloud IT solutions. Responsibilities - Work with team of Account Managers to help drive new business opportunities - Collaborate with sales staff to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities - Perform consistent outbound communication via phone, email, social media, networking etc. to setup meetings with prospective clients - Research organizations to identify new prospects, client needs, and potential new opportunities - Learn and understand the Maverick Networks technology portfolio, customer needs and competitive landscape - Establish relationships with decision makers at prospective accounts - Report, track, and manage sales activities in Salesforce CRM - Create a network of partners Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 0-2 Years of sales in a B2B or B2C environment - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Communications skills - articulate phone presence and strong written communications skills - Self-starter with a positive attitude - Desire to learn about new technologies
