Sr. UI/UX Designer (Full Time, Remote)

Looking for a UI/UX Designer to keep improving our award-winning platform that helps consumers and patients to collect, visualize, own, and share their health information on their terms. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. The candidate should have a keen eye, refined aesthetic, and be able to translate their own wireframes into beautifully executed designs. She/he will work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure a final product with intuitive interfaces that delight our users and achieve our research goals.

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years’ UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in one or more design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Axshare, InVision, and Visio (We are using Figma, Zeplin and Axhare).
• In-depth knowledge with HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working experience with Agile environment and scrum. Able to work with Project Manager to define task steps, phases, and timelines.
• You can own the design process end to end from mockups, prototypes, to usability studies and the ability to hand-off work to developers.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
