What you will be doing:

• Understand all project goals and deliverables, turning questions or bug reports into action and validate functionality

• Serve as liaison between and for Development team, presenting to and communicating with large audiences consistently

• Accurately project lead-times, required man-power and resources needed for successful project completion

• Develop and distribute project planning

• Conduct kick-off meetings and distribute company-wide communication

• Diligently manage project execution, team capacity and workflow

• Review and provide strategic feedback to ensure goal alignment

• Serve as team Scrum Master responsible for ensuring our Engineers follow agile principles and practices

• Run sprint planning, progress check ins, estimate analysis, sprint monitoring and reporting, ticket management and organization

• Align, lead and empower team to accomplish pre-determined goals

• Advocate for and encourage/push Engineering team

• Embody and reinforce the company’s mission, vision and values through a data-driven approach to people and project management.
