Sr. Full-Stack Developer (Full Time, Remote)

We are seeking a strong and experienced Senior full-stack Software Engineer to build out the health data management platform. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the B2B space, building enterprise web applications. He/she must be comfortable within an entrepreneurial environment and be a highly effective communicator and leader within our team and with stakeholders. This person should identify and drive best practices and tools to strive for continuous improvement within the team.

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside UX/UI designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent majors
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular, React and/or Amber.
• Proficiency with server side languages such as PHP, Python and/or Java
• At least 3 years of working experience with Laravel framework.
• Familiarity with database technology such as Postgres and MongoDB.
• Linux and knowledge of Shell scripting
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent priority setting and management. Ability to clearly identify the most important priorities and to focus the vast majority of your energy and time on them.

Pluses include:

• Knowledge and working experience with Docker/Container architecture.
• Apache Tomcat application server, php-fpm and NGinX.
• Cloud-based software architectures, such as AWS and Azure.
