Role Responsibilities:

• Leads and executes successful integrations with our partners
• Creates detailed, actionable integration plans that enables both our internal team and our customers to understand and execute on the full scope of our integration processes
• Validates customer data during integrations
• Creates scalable integration process and playbook that we will use for all integrations
• Deeply understands our integration needs and customer context
• During sales processes, provides technical expertise and partners with customer's IT teams

• Exceptional data analytics skills, which allows you to deeply understand

  customer data

• Understand customer business processes, and utilizes expertise and appropriate product functionalities to address customer issues
• Commercial mindset that allows you to understand and act on what customers care about most
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or other dashboarding tools. Python proficiency preferable.
• Effectively collaborates with internal Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in software integrations
• 2+ years of solution specialist (or equivalent customer
• facing role) experience
• Experience in grocery or retail industry preferred
