Job Description

The NATIONAL ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR will report to the Vice President of National Accounts as a key member of the National Account Division team.  This position will be responsible for Auditing National Account Invoices for one of our largest customers. Processing chargebacks, credit memos and adjustments, including Invoices on hold at Goodyear, maintenance of total National Account work orders generated are all things that will be required.  This position will also support store team members with National Account related questions as needed in helping store operations meet their goals. The candidate will need to have or develop an in-depth knowledge of various POS systems as well as Electronic Purchase Order Approval systems such as Auto Integrate and Partner Connect.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• High level of knowledge on Goodyear National Account billing instructions
• Ability to multitask within different POS systems and dashboards
• Provides administrative support to the National Account Audit Team members
• Review, Approve and decline National Account Invoices daily
• Daily Upload of Invoices to Goodyear for Payment
• Help employees as needed with questions about or issues regarding any NA related matters
• Assist POS programmers with updates, changes to Mavis Tire POS including quantities, product codes and descriptions
• Provide store operations and corporate employee support to include, but is not limited to:
  • Resetting passwords for the Auto Integrate and Partner Connect systems
  • Invoice corrections and Adjustments
  • Other general communication with stores on Account billing inquiries
  • Support other Mavis brands National Account Programs as needed

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS JOB IS $19.00 PER HOUR WITH A WEEKLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY OF $ 750 PER WEEK.  THE TOTAL ANNUAL COMP IS PROJECTED TO BE $78,000- $80,000.

Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Detail oriented candidate with the ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills, phone, and email etiquette skills
• Previous Experience working within a Retail store environment is preferred but not required
• Adaptable, resilient & able to work with a diverse group of internal & external customers in a fast-paced environment
