Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices - Payroll Specialist

Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices. We're looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to join Team Mavis at our Corporate Office in White Plains, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Interested candidates must possess the following requirements:

• 1 year of' experience in ADP/Workforce and Payroll systems a PLUS; but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Solid Microsoft Suite skills
• High level of interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Verify, research, analyze and resolve payroll inputs
• Assist with verification requests and other pay related inquiries
• Prepares and process payroll related documents
• Answer phones and assists team members as needed
• Process audits to ensure accuracy of data
• Faxing, Filing and Copying functions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
