Job Description

THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Part Time Sales Associate to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.  

If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach
• Enroll prospects into THE MAX Challenge program in person and/or over the phone
• 1-2 Call drives per day to follow up with leads
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the center
• Manage and update leads in our CRM System
• Interact and engage with members on social media
• Assist in creating social media content
• Administrative duties
• Deliver 5-star customer service

Schedule: Flexible 15-25 hours per week. Monday-Friday with occasional weekends for community events 

Pay Rate: Hourly plus commission and complimentary membership
