PUBLIC RELATION -PARTNERSHIP(INFLUENCERS) SPECIALIST

MAXAROMA is looking for a creative, innovative, organized, and data-driven Public Relation Specialist to shape and protect our corporate image in ways that promote our business, values, and mission. You’ll be responsible for maintaining relations, expand relations, and collaborating with marketing teams to reach more influencers.

This position will work in partnership with VP and the creative team collaborators to oversee the scope of the work.

JOB DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulate PR plans and strategies
• Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels
• Manage media relations and requests
• Maintain Influencers that are working with MAXAROMA
• Responsible for shipping out PR packages to Influencers
• Coordinate Influencers /partners YT video releases and IG posts for perfume drops or giveaways.
• Expand Influencer reach on YouTube, IG, and FB.
• Write press releases, speeches, and other PR copy
• Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences, etc.
• Support the implementation of promotional plans
• Present solutions in times of PR crisis
• Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
• Assist in the creation of media materials including press releases, media alerts, bios, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of PR\ influencers market experience

· Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Strong understanding of the media landscape and Fragrance & beauty markets

· Passionate about the MAXAROMA brand and the Fragrance & Beauty space

• Hands-on experience in PR
• Excellent written communication skills

· Results-oriented must be willing to take ownership of all assigned responsibilities and adhere to deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and multitasking skills

· Ability to work independently

· Strong team player and positive attitude

· Experience with PR tracking tools including GRIN, and CJ

· Deep analysis experience.
