    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    Territory Lead Generation Assistant Manager. As the Territory Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of your territory’s lead generation team by monitoring and driving performance. Our Lead Generation Team consists of 10 – 20 highly motivated professionals and includes 2 -4 Team Leaders. Being the Assistant Manager, you will report to the Divisional Manager, coordinate meetings, ensure successful top-down communication, facilitate training and complete supervisory tasks like payroll, running/analyzing/presenting reports.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Analyze reports and evaluate results by reporting trends/solutions to Upper Management
    • Identify the developmental needs of your team and consistently apply proven coaching methods
    • Assist the Divisional Lead Generation Manager track performance by monitoring your assigned team
    • Promote the development and evolution of a performing team by encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
    • Collaborate with the Divisional Lead Generation Manager to develop successful marketing techniques in order to achieve company goals
    • Contribute creative ideas to improve business development and further sales efforts
    • Create incentives and oversee communication between Team Leads and supporting staff
    • Process payroll and complete all payroll related tasks in a timely manner

    WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH:

    • 3 – 5 years of experience as a mid-level manager of at least a 10-person team/s
    • Proficient grasp of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and coordination of people and resources.
    • Knowledge of and ability to train and apply principles and methods for promotion and selling products or services.
    • An enjoyment for working in a fast paced, evolving environments
    • Highly adaptable, proactive problem-solving skills
    • High level of adaptable communication skills – C-suite to Front line employees
    • Excellent time management capabilities
    • Previous experience in a quota driven environment with demonstrated success
    • Experience in Marketing industry
    • Experience in Lead Generation
    • Experience with events or trade shows
