A fantastic opportunity to work in a highly collaborative organisation for a talented, motivated and disciplined Technical Applications Lead to join our team in North Sydney, New South Wales. Reporting to the National IT Manager, the successful candidate will be exposed to a range of exciting opportunities.

THE ROLE:

The person will know how to work with a range of diverse stakeholders across a geographically disbursed organisation. The role requires you to be pragmatic and structured, with an ability to coordinate a range of projects, system implementations and application administration, simultaneously.

Responsibilities include project management and system implementation, Office 365 Strategy and Administration, broader application administration, management of applications including support and some limited programming / integration work on occasions.

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 strategy and administration (Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Microsoft Power Platform and others)
• Experience with software application administration and Maintenance (COINS, SharePoint 2013, Microsoft SQL Server and others)

Required Skills Required Experience

• Fundamental understanding to semiconductor device physics, device reliability including ESD/LU, silicon process technology and circuit design
• Direct experience in HV (or BCD) process technology including HV device and ESD clamp design, characterization and qualification
• Direct experience to work with IC designers and systems engineers to develop and qualify new products in the area of PMIC, transceivers, and/or related
• Experience in device modeling and/or analog circuit design is strong plus
• BS in Electrical Engineering or related + 8 years of experience, or MS + 6 years of experience, or Ph.D. + 3 years of experience
