Great long term opportunity, with room for growth!! We are currently looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE in Plano, TX!

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

• Shifts available Monday - Sunday
• General shift times on days you work range between 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Weekday shifts average 8-10 hours
• Weekend shifts average 4-6 hours

COMPENSATION

• Starting pay is $12.00/hr. Pay increases after you are fully trained and prove reliable on the job

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and issues
• Provide information about the products and services
• Photograph and catalog product items for auctions
• Document and update customer items based on auctions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the auction cataloging and photography

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO AUCTIONS
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
