ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE - ELKHORN, WI

MaxUS, LLC, a Contract Packaging manufacturer, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Account Representative at its Elkhorn, WI office. This opportunity offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth. The Account Representative will be primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all MaxUS customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. This is a growing, stable organization with an immediate need of a self-starter. You will be providing excellent customer service, order processing and resolving customer questions. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment, excellent communication and problem solving skills, demonstrated leadership skills and effective PC skills. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Account Representative Reports to: Operations Manager Status: Salaried

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures

· Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.

· Interface with customers to coordinate and confirm pertinent information such as unit prices, shipping date, delivery information, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.

· Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.

· Work closely with the Credit Department to resolve disputed credit items

· Perform purchasing function as required following established department policies and procedures

· Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

· Partner with sales rep to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.

· Scheduling/expediting sales orders

· Prepares invoices and shipping documents such as export papers, commercial invoices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Customer service experience with manufacturing or distribution companies

· Business software (ERP/MRP) experience

· Microsoft Word & Excel

· 3-5 years of relevant customer service experience

· Complete tasks on time and accurately in a fast-paced environment

· Effective written and verbal communication

· Experience with Microsoft Office products

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or Associates degree

· 2-4 years Manufacturing or Distribution Account Representative experience

· Able to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.

· Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills

· Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

· Able to multi-task, prioritize and deal with ambiguity
