    Job Overview Maxana is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive with a book of business to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to identify and pursue new business opportunities for Maxana. You will research and analyze the market to identify potential clients and develop strategies to expand Maxana’s customer base and increase revenue.You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base. Business Development Executives play a crucial role in building strong client relationships, promoting Maxana’s products and services, and achieving sales targets, contributing to Maxana’s market expansion, profitability, and sustained success in a competitive business landscape.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions

    Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities

    Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients

    Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

    Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on lead and conducting research on target client

    Key Requirements

    You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

    You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the fin tech payments industry.

    You have an existing book of business to bring to Maxana

    You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

    You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.

    You are familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) would be a plus

    Up to $10,000.00 Company sign on bonus Up to 10% gross sales commission for the first year
