Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting directly to the VP/GM - Americas, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible running reports and maintaining the data within the company customer relationship management tool.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Partner with Senior Sales Leadership to coordinate sales teams reporting and functionality of the CRM
· Act as liaison between CRM and ERP systems, and collaborate with IT and Sales in the execution and administration of initiatives oriented to Salesforce
· Manage CRM, including reconciling and/or cleaning up data.
· C-Work with Sales team members to resolve data inconsistencies.
· Run reporting from multiple ERP systems, including preparing bi-weekly and monthly sales reports.
· Add filters and dashboards.
· Train new sales team members on using the CRM.
· Translate enhancement requests for IT; test enhancements prior and post-production.
· Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and/or company objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
· Strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Database management.
· Must have strong attention to detail.
· Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
· Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to be tactful with personnel at all levels of the company required.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines.
· Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
· Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
· Superior organization skills with strong ability to multi-task.
· Must have a polished and professional demeanor.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· 2+ YEARS' SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
· EXPERIENCE USING DATA WAREHOUSE and ERP REPORTING TOOLS IS PREFERRED
· 3+ years’ experience in an executive support role preferred.
· Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to travel when necessary (less than 10%)
