Responsibilities: • Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently • Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware • Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc. • Back up all computers to make sure our files are saved in case the system crashes • Secure all computer systems and run regular checks to protect our business from cyber security threats Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Two years of work experience in IT support • Great customer service skills and passionate about helping our business succeed • Understands how to create a technical database using Excel spreadsheets • High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate’s degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus Compensation: $ 700 weekly
