Maximal is looking to hire sales representative with proven record of generating sales. This is a commission based opportunity. Maximal provides security guard and concierge services and commission is calculated based on the weekly number of hours agreed upon with the identified clients.

Duties:

• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Utilize technology sales strategies to effectively promote and sell products or services
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or account management roles
• Strong knowledge of technology sales and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with clients
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and achieving targets
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
