    Job Description

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering field from an accredited institution and 2 years of manufacturing experience.
    • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, equivalent combination of education and work experience (i.e. associate's degree in an engineering or technical engineering field and 4 years of manufacturing experience, etc.) will be considered.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
    • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering field from an accredited institution.
    • 5 years of experience in a production machining facility.
    • Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification preferred.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering field from an accredited institution and 2 years of manufacturing experience.
