Maxwell Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Laborer - Specialty Install & Lawn Maintenance to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties related to installing, maintaining, and servicing landscaping and lawn care projects. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, and blowing debris from lawn areas and installing and repairing specialty installations (bathroom fixtures and shelving throughout the house). Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities: • Perform routine groundskeeping on outdoor lawns within the community • Operate lawn mowing equipment and other hand tools for lawn care • Assist with specialty installation projects within a residential construction site, including bathroom fixtures, shower doors, mirrors, shelving, etc. • Deliver installation materials to job sites as needed/requested by the supervisor Qualifications: • 1+ residential construction experience • Clean Driving Record / Valid Driver’s License • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Must excel in multi-tasking and be organized • Must have excellent Communication skills • Must be comfortable driving long distances around Metro Jacksonville • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
