    May Group Realtors with RE/MAX of Grand Rapids is looking for their new Client Care Concierge and Marketing Assistant. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients throughout their real estate transaction and beyond by creating lifelong relationships, community, and value. This position fits right into that mission, allowing us to serve our clients on an even higher level. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, drive, and first-class customer service skills. Responsibilities: The Client Care Concierge and Marketing Assistant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Communicating with clients throughout and after the home buying and selling process to ensure all of their real estate needs are taken care of. • Develop Quarterly Top of Mind Gift Campaign for VIP Clients. • Coordinate mailings to clients for birthdays, childbirths, home buying anniversaries, etc. • Develop Spoonful of Comfort Program for clients that experience trying times, deaths, etc. • Provide marketing support to the team to implement marketing efforts as it pertains to business development and promotion of listings. • Prepare sales documents weekly, sales folders, referral gifts, closing baskets, etc. • Track and communicate inventory needs with supervisor. • Manage team database and oversee database entry, including CRM Management. • Assist with shipping and thank you referral gifts as needed. • Research events happening in the area, provide the team with details of each event for monthly video and email.  • Research local market stats and provide to the agent for monthly market update video. • Reach out to clients after closing to encourage them to leave a review. • Update Zillow with closed homes. • Assist in connecting clients with preferred vendors for all their home needs. • Assist with client and community event coordination, as needed. • Agent Assistance with tasks as needed. • Additional responsibilities as needed/assigned. Qualifications: • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in many mediums, including email and phone. • High-level customer service experience required. • Past marketing experience is preferred. • Strong drive to improve the experience for our clients and develop new systems. Compensation: $30,000
