Responsibilities: • Support clients reporting claims on current policies by gathering all documentation needed to give to the adjuster to process • Record any policy updates or changes on customer accounts by tracking them in our book of business and communicating with clients to explain any updates to their coverage • Assist with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive quotes • Give clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes to ensure full understanding • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates • Review current client's coverage needs to determine if updates or changes are warranted • Communicate clear responses to coverage or billing inquiries • Processing and documenting calls, emails, and policy updates Qualifications: • Must have an active insurance license in Minnesota or must be willing to get licensed in 30 days • Candidates should be very strong with written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and have great follow-up skills • Jobseekers need to have basic computer skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset Compensation: $45,000+ yearly DOE
