    We are hiring a motivated, organized, positive real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for that special individual whose desire is to be in the administrative realm of real estate and not sales. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, reviewing HOA docs, disclosures, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You will also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. We are a systemized and organized husband and wife team looking to grow with the right person! The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented and is always looking to do more than asked. Responsibilities: Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Responsible for Lead Management & Database Systems set forth by Team Leader • Become a master of Coaching Tools & Take relevant courses to learn tools for the Business. • Add notes as necessary to & Schedule Follow-ups • Transaction Management under the Leadership and direction of the Team Leader • Social Media Management • Marketing for Just Listed, Just Closed, Team & website Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Either already has or is working towards real estate license Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Compensation: $22 hourly
