Job Summary

We are seeking a positive, reliable Concierge/Housekeeper to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first person to greet patients. Their first impression of the business will depend on your friendliness and efficiency. As a Housekeeper, you will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our patients, ensuring that they will want to return and ultimately furthering our reputation.

The goal of the Concierge is to create an overall pleasant and welcoming customer experience to ensure sustainable growth of the business and increase our reputation.

The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, quick-thinker. You must be able to handle multiple incoming requests from the patients.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter the building

Guide patients to the appropriate check-in counter

Provide patients with information and/or personalized assistance

Possess extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby businesses in order to make quality recommendations

Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solutions

Perform various cleaning activities including laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc

Inspect all locker rooms and restrooms and ensure they meet the businesses high standards

Respond to requests and/or patient complaints with professionalism and patience

Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary

Qualifications

Proven experience as concierge or experience in customer service is preferred

Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred

Confident, polite, and patient

Proper hygiene and grooming

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Strong time-management skills

Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation

Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail

Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods

Able to work quickly without compromising quality
