Benefits: * Compensation (listed in the posting) accounts for total salary potential including commission and bonus * Workout for free * Studio and team events REQUIREMENTS: * Selling fitness memberships * Calling leads/Texting/Emailing prospects * In-Person Membership sales at studio site and at various events * Merchandise sales * Local marketing / lead generation * Professional customer service They must possess the following attributes to be successful: * Ability to drive member sales at a consistently high level * Strong organizational skills * Strong written and verbal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Above average computer literacy * Desire to service others * Professional social skills * Ability to multi-task * Detail oriented Must haves: * Prior experience working for a group fitness studio or gym ( >2 years) * Prior experience selling fitness memberships * Prior experience servicing leads. * Prior sales experience ( >2 years) * The ideal candidate, is a self-starter, go getter, reliable, and excited to learn, and excel!
