Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mazak Programmer to join our dynamic team in St. Charles, MO. If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for programming Mazak CNC machines, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up Mazak CNC machines for various machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct tool changes and adjustments to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machining issues that arise.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mazak Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages, particularly Mazatrol.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
