    We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic licensed real estate sales agent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing buyer's & seller's wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by the team • Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic • Devote part of your day on the phone prospecting for new business • Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success • Meet buyers and sellers to help them reach their goals, which can include evenings and weekends • Share knowledge in a team environment to better the team as a wholeHold other team members accountable for the success of the entire teamHave a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on achieving goals Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Real estate experience is preferred • Hold a real estate license • Proficient skills in technology, Excel, Word, etc. • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills • Willing to learn and be coachable with a positive, growth mindset • Supply your own car (with insurance), computer, cell phone, etc. Compensation: $100,000+
