Job Title: Overnight Grill Cook

Job purpose: The Overnight Grill Cook prepares a variety of food during the evening hours of operation.

Job Duties: 

• Prep meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables in an efficient manner for daily service
• Prepare all hot menu items to order per chef's instructions
• Adhere to cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure efficient service
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Prioritize and perform related tasks as designated by chefs and managers efficiently, and with a sense of urgency
• Shift differential 

Skills/Qualifications 

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous kitchen experience required
• High school diploma/GED
• Outgoing, pleasant personality, and desire to please guests
• Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must agree to pre-employment background and drug screening
