TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering (TCE-TT)

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Mb Solutions is looking for an amazingly talented Targets Telemetry Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures (TC) program office with development of ballistic missile target vehicles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Develop and maintain in house software to de-commutate telemetry data
• Deploy for missions and provide technical and telemetry support
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently
• Analyze, develop unit testing, and test programs and products before distribution
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 3+ years of relevant experience working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / project
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Development of object-oriented software using Java, C++, C# and more
• Ability to learn new software development languages and technologies
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems

PREFERRED SKILLS (DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED )

• Experience with source code control tools such as Git
• Familiarity with Matlab
