RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE;

• Following up on sales leads generated by campaigns and yourself to establish sales meetings with customers in the region covered.

• Building rapport through a consultative based sales approach to understand the customer and how to best serve them.

• Conducting sales demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the product's features and how they can be implemented to suit the business.

• Able to meet pre-set sales targets within agreed timescales.

• Excellent customer service to all customers

RECOMMENDED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ year of customer service or people-focused work.

• The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels.

• The ability to be friendly but also firm and persistent.

• Able to evaluate and suggest improvements for key processes.
