Job Description
McBean Law, PLLC is a New York immigration law firm that represents clients in the United States and across the globe. We are seeking an Office Assistant to work at our White Plains, New York office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Greet clients
(2) Assist clients with the intake process
(3) Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
(4) Scan and upload documents into our case management system
(5) Print and organize case packets for mailing
(6) File documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of clerical experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of office devices/equipment
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SALARY: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
