With over 40 years of experiences in transactional Foreclosure and Bankruptcy law representing mortgage lenders, banks and financial institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC , Virginia and Florida; McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time DC Attorney to work from our Laurel, MD office .

In this role, the Attorney will support the DC Foreclosure track, Litigation, Bankruptcy, Probate and Quite Title actions for our DC clients as well as attend hearings and court appearances. This position will work directly with the VA Lead Attorney on strategic planning for DC matters. The Attorney will have direct support and interaction with the Foreclosure Manager, Team Lead and Legal Assistants.

The ideal candidate will be a logical and analytical thinker who must be admitted to the DC bar, experiences in Mortgage Banking, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Title, Auto Replevins and/or Litigation is a plus but not required. A successful candidate must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. The candidate will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively with a high volume of work.

DC bar license is required and candidates who are state Bar in MD and / or VA are a plus.
