Our Nashville location is in need of full-time manager to run our location. The Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations including scheduling, completing all jobs, hiring, training and development, ensuring our teams are operating safely, truck maintenance & DOT aspects, and communicating with the corporate operations management.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Minimum of 1-3 years of managing a team of at least 3 direct reports.

-Desire to learn and grow in a fast paced/high growth environment.

-For insurance purposes must have a clean driving record

Sales and/or Operational experience a plus.

This position will have a base pay plus bonus incentives based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Team Management: Motivate, lead and manage a team.

Customer Service: Treat every customer like royalty with exceptional service, communication and attitude.

Sales: Educate clients about pricing and services.

Truck Operations: Safely operate the Junk King trucks at all times. Make sure daily inspections are performed.

Junk Removal: Heavy lifting and removal of junk (e.g. couch, mattress, appliances, yard waste, etc.) from business, residential, and government sites.

Time Management: Be able to make logistical decisions within the provided daily schedule (when to dispose, how to best complete a job, how to market during downtimes). Preference for working in a fast-paced environment.

Make regular bank deposits.

Communicate regularly with corporate team.

Must be able to problem solve on the job.

Ability to work without direct supervision.
