Harm Reduction Coordinator
The McCall Behavioral Health Network Harm Reduction Coordinator is responsible for developing and providing outreach and harm reduction services to individuals using drugs and impacted families, managing the regional program and supporting harm reduction sites and volunteers, and acting as an interagency trainer and resource. Key duties include facilitating harm reduction meetings, developing educational resources, maintaining data and records, coordinating with community partners, conducting data analysis and program reporting, and more.
Non-Exempt / Full-time - 40 hours/weekly
Pay Range begins at $25.00
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required, 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field overseeing community programming, including data management required. Experience with underserved and marginalized populations required, experience with substance use disorders, harm reduction, and/or mental health preferred. Experience in data analysis and data systems preferred. Experience in program management preferred.
Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent sitting, ability to talk and hear. It also requires frequent walking. Occasional lifting may be needed but not required except for proper storage of documents and charts and moving objects from one place to another.
Valid Driver’s license required.
