    Recovery Support Professional I

    The Recovery Support Professional I will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes documenting of peer-led meetings and ongoing client safety checks.

    Per Diem / Non-Exempt

    Payrange begins at $18.98/hour

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

    Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

    Valid Driver’s license required with ability to transport others using company vehicles.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
    • Assists in the connection to needed resources including entitlements and other supports necessary for recovery including Community Supports.
    • Conducts rounds consistently to ensure client and environmental safety.
    • Participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings regarding client treatment and meets weekly with the Clinical Supervisor or Supervisor.
